At FITTED FOLKS, every product is made specially for you after your order is placed.
We use a print-on-demand production process and trusted global fulfillment partners to manufacture and ship your order.

📦 Order Processing & Production Time

All items are produced after your order is confirmed.

Production time:
➡️ 2 – 5 business days

This time is required for printing, quality checks and packaging before your order is shipped.

(Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.)

🚀 Shipping Time (After Production)

Once your order is produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

🇺🇸 United States

➡️ 3 – 7 business days

🌍 International Orders (including India, Europe & other countries)

➡️ 7 – 20 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Your order is produced and shipped by our professional print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Because each product is made especially for you:

  • Orders cannot be expedited during production

  • Orders cannot be changed once production has started

Orders may be shipped from fulfillment facilities located in the United States or other global partner locations, depending on product availability and delivery destination.

This helps us deliver your order faster and more efficiently.

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Import duties, customs fees and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities.
