At FITTED FOLKS, every product is made especially for you after your order is placed using a print-on-demand process.
This allows us to maintain high quality standards while reducing waste.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
🧾 Made-to-Order Products
- All products are custom-made on demand
- Production starts shortly after order confirmation
- Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
🔁 Returns & Refund Eligibility
We only offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong item
⏱️ Return Window
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Claims made after this period may not be accepted

🔄 Replacement or Refund Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- We will offer a free replacement or a refund
- In most cases, return shipping is not required
- We aim to resolve all issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal dislike of the product
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
💳 Refund Method
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days (may vary by bank/payment provider)
🚫 Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within a short time after placing the order
- Once production begins, cancellations are not possible
🌍 International Orders
- We ship worldwide
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics
For international shipments:
- Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services
💳 Payment Policy
- We accept prepaid payments only
- All orders must be paid in full at checkout
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
