At FITTED FOLKS, every product is made especially for you after your order is placed using a print-on-demand process.
This allows us to maintain high quality standards while reducing waste.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


🧾 Made-to-Order Products

  • All products are custom-made on demand
  • Production starts shortly after order confirmation
  • Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Wrong size selected by the customer
    • Change of mind
    • Personal preference

🔁 Returns & Refund Eligibility

We only offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item

⏱️ Return Window

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted

🔄 Replacement or Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved:
    • We will offer a free replacement or a refund
  • In most cases, return shipping is not required
  • We aim to resolve all issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal dislike of the product
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days (may vary by bank/payment provider)

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within a short time after placing the order
  • Once production begins, cancellations are not possible

🌍 International Orders

  • We ship worldwide
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services

💳 Payment Policy

  • We accept prepaid payments only
  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
